Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order has not arrived within 30 days of being placed

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note: returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent via tracked delivery to our UK returns address at the buyer’s expense. As all posters are made to order, a 20% recycling/restocking fee applies to all approved returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

As each order is made to order, we do not currently offer exchanges.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

As all products are printed to order, we are unable to refund orders marked as:

  • Returned to sender

  • Failed delivery

  • Refused delivery


Customs & Duties

Most international orders are not subject to customs fees or import duties. However, in some cases, your local customs authority may request payment before delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import duties requested by your country’s authorities.

Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees or duties are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the status of your refund will be reviewed.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
